if the customer did not get the guaranteed cashback then it will be a backfire for the brand. These brands usually set an automation so they have credited the amount to that account. These are 100% credits, it is inside the app and it is not a walle

you didn't understand what I told , now they are giving free 150 , then 100 , then 50 so ppl will buy in it and when they stop giving free money if customers didn't buy from there it will be huge loss

actually they slowly slowly stop giving discounts and these cash so at the end of the day customer become addicted to a particular app for shopping and do you know india has 140 crores people's and let's take a simple example - current population - 140 crores currently qc apps - 4-5 still only 10-20% Indian population started using these apps so at the end of the day if any app getting only 10% users base of India then that app can easily make huge profits by adding few 2-3rs costs on daily orders when around 50-60% population start using these apps then whole scene become so much bright for them like railway

People will get used to it. 1st they will order for getting exorbitant discounts on these platforms, plus they are happy to get things so fast in just 8 minutes, these companies are creating a behavioral change at masses like Swiggy and Zomato. once people start using them there is hardly going back to square one. they decide the rules we play accordingly. humans are designed in such a way the easier it gets they choose it. these food delivery and quick commerce takes advantage of these people making them couch potatoes sit and eat inside home order anything you want get it to us within few minutes. There are many advantages to this model also. once people start using then hard to change the behaviour. I'm telling you personally I suffered because of food delivery. i realised my average order value has sky rocketed. and i stopped ordering when I realised.
