I think free delivery is only applicable if the order value to above 200/-. However I definitely hate the fact it always arrives late and then there are no repercussions to that.

Bro first of all if it's jsut 1km away you shouldn't be ordering online. Go for a walk bhai and secondly, sometimes deliveries are managed by the restaurants and not by zomato so they charge what the restaurant will charge on top na? How is it their fault.
