Having founded the startup back in 2017, we have now joined hands with pratilipi to scale our business. I have been solely responsible for overall build and growth of the entire publication business. Role includes devising different departments, setting them up, allotting capable people to handle them, defining operations, solidifying marketing, lead acquisition, conversion and over all business ROI at core. Functioning as a full fledged entrepreneur without restrictions to scale the vertical. The entire process from the legal, finance, operations, execution is over-watched by me. The core aim was to allow writers to publish their books without interference of literary agents/or any other mediator.
