My 2 cents on Deepinder Goyal’s Chief of Staff post. When a founder of a stock market listed Unicorn has to put gimmicks to hire talent, it reflects 2 things. One, the quality of Talent Acquisition team that he has built at his company. Second, the lack of people growth and retention. If I was the HR of this company, I would be sending out my resume (or a 200 word cover letter) to others.
