Indian VCs may be more risk-averse due to pressure from their LPs (limited partners). However, this could change as the ecosystem matures and more successful exits pave the way for increased risk appetite.

Based on a recent chart shared by seasoned VC Vinit Bhansali, in the last 10 years, the number of VC firms in India has grown by almost 25x.
And based on an assertion by Peak
We entrepreneurs mostly find out problem and solutions only from one angle.
Most business have minimum two sides. The demand side and supply side. If you figure satifying both side of the market, you have a winning product.
