A idea on retaining employees An application provide to all employees and Aaj some questions from them about work Like they feel satisfy Is there any improvement needed etc etc to enhance productivity and also train HR department for that specially SME and startups in first .. Owners also get help because they are too much dependent on their employees so if employee left company their work will suffer alot. Our app ditect that via questions answer Given by employee and help the owner to retain their employee It will also complete employees wish Also track employees growth and set his market value accordingly Target employees - who are on important roles. It means we track employees and ask questions from them make a complete privacy and change organisation and employer accordingly.also bargain from employee when we want to left .. Its a secondary HR who is helping business for holding employees for long time. Please share your views on this Criticism Accepted

Well this doesn't require an app. Most of the time, the employee would simply listen to what company says to protect his job. And such things can be done by direct conversation also

Companies do have internal feedback mechanisms. Where they collect data from employees regarding the stuff you talked about. The problem is that, it's not employees is giving feedback but the problem is their problems are not solved properly and also miss communication which happens between employees and higherups.
