Owners also get help because they are too much dependent on their employees so if employee left company their work will suffer alot. Our app ditect that via questions answer Given by employee and help the owner to retain their employee It will also complete employees wish Also track employees growth and set his market value accordingly Target employees - who are on important roles. It means we track employees and ask questions from them make a complete privacy and change organisation and employer accordingly.also bargain from employee when we want to left ..
