There is a study on the population of the growth is directly proportional to the jobs of the country. "Where when country population increases the job increase as well" , but what India is facing is untrust on its employees the Old fashion thinking in Indian hiring system the high expectations of Hr Recruiter. Also the company employee retention rate is higher than usual because the employee who joins the company leave within 6 months because another company is offering hire pay to the employee and employee leave. The employer and employee have to be patient. If there is another reason please let me know.

The study connects population to jobs, but does it also look at population demographics? India's spike in working-age population now may be contributing extra pressure in a way that outpaced job creation.

It's a vicious cycle - employers don't want to pay well, so employees jump at any minor raise. Which then perpetuates employers viewing employees as unloyal and unmotivated. Mismatched expectations on both sides.

Beyond just jobs, we need to look at creating more quality job opportunities that provide good salaries and growth avenues. Plenty of people take up gig work or low-skilled roles due to lack of choice.
