The insane levels of job-hopping and employee attrition in India points to another core issue - compensation. If employees keep leaving for relatively small pay bumps, it implies they were underpaid at their previous firms to begin with.

Yes the current compensation is 7-15% Annual pay but competitor employer pay 20-25% Annual pay compensation that's why the employee switch to another company.
