What do you think in today's scenario, how corporates are going through with their employee culture or their work environment. Few things happened with my friend, working in a communication consultancy, in Kolkata, faced severe unsettling questions about her personal life. How much is her family income, what's their room count, floor size etc. Now I'm aware of these corporate malpractices on their employees, though working for a HR consultancy myself, if feels to me that these companies should work on their culture management more deeply. What to say, how to treat etc. Good measures are also there followed by many tier 1 corporates I suppose, but it should also be followed here in tier 2, 3 cities. It's beneficial for these companies to grow more largely. Whats your thoughts on this?
