Well this doesn't require an app. Most of the time, the employee would simply listen to what company says to protect his job. And such things can be done by direct conversation also

Why would Companies use DSA to evaluate people. I mean although the skills and experience of a person match with the job requirements.
Doesn't it mean there is no good platform to show his skills and his work?
A small exercise.
Go and stand in front of a tall mirror..
Assume strongly that the guy in the mirror is some other guy.
observe the guy from top to bottom.
Ask him how is life. If he says its good. well and good.
if he says its bad and hope
