Hey I am on Medial • 1y

A small exercise. Go and stand in front of a tall mirror.. Assume strongly that the guy in the mirror is some other guy. observe the guy from top to bottom. Ask him how is life. If he says its good. well and good. if he says its bad and hopeless, ask him why. listen carefully to what the guy says. Disagree if its not convinceing. Ask him what are his future plans for the next 10 years. if he cant answer, ask him his next 1yr plan atleast. If he says, he doesn't have any... spit on his face and tell him 'sudhar ja saley'. workout, eat clean, focus! Then, try to find out what are the issues he is facing and offer solutions to him. those solutions which you give to others in problem. doing this will trick your brain and help you change. Tell me. How do u see yourself infront of the mirror? Anonymous answers are accepted :)
