KFC should work on their policies! Recently, I visited KFC and ordered 4 chicken briyani bowls after ordering they gave me 3 bowls and told me that 1 bowl would take around 45mins to cook. I was like what? why? They told me that they ran out of briyani bowls so they have started cooking all over again which would take them around 45 mins. They offered to give a chicken popcorn instead of 1 briyani bowl. So, I just told them that instead of 1 briyani bowl I would order 2 chicken krispers and pay the extra amount and you guys just adjust the price of 1 briyani bowl with my new order. But they simply said, Not possible! idk why this happened? This shouldn't be the case if I visited McD, what do you think?
