Isnt it related to complicated billing? Also maybe the staff isnt well trained to handle the cancellation and redoing of bill. If the price is different, they have to follow proper accounting, he cant take extra cash without proper bill for it

Exactly the case. Many employees hate to make adjustments in billing. Because, if they make a mistake, the adjustment money will be deducted from their salary. And they find the POS system complicated for this type of case.
