I have taken one credit card and paid the amount now I want to close the card but in order to close the card it's taking a hell lot of time and they won't lift the call and reply to the mail I guess all the bank people when we want the card they call like ringtones but when we want to close the card it's a hectic even the banking apps are also like that I have tried emailing them to close tried to call them to close even visited the branch where they told we have a app do there they mention

Then ask them to guide you how to do it via the app right there in front of them and don't leave till they fulfil their duty towards you who is still the customer, till the process is complete.
