I have applied for livspace product intern and they scheduled an interview on 6th aug and no body appeared. Then I tried to call them and mail them and no response. Again they called me yesterday and not felt guilty and not even said sorry and tried to schedule the interview today. Again nobody appeared. This is pure playing with job seekers. They scheduled and only join if they want and they not even mention about they not joining and don't even feel bad and guilty about it. As a fresher it happened with me for more than 25 times in past 6 months. They ghost you after your interview, some random call and a random mail. The most important work of an HR is to make people feel good and making things clear. But the reality is reverse all together. They always tries to scam you for CTC, interviews and ghost you. To all those HRs please be human 1st, by making this ghosting, silent treatment after some random call and mail. You are not getting away but making them under confident.

They are not valuing you and your time because of your skill and experience also same things happened with me also because of less achivements or skills but i am improving my skills and talent day by day. I think you should do something different like networking and fine tuned your every single skills so it's really hard to reject or ghost you for anybody.
