Why is the Indian Job market so bad? Why do companies ghost candidates after an interview only to call them back for another round of interviews after 3-4 weeks? Some of my friends have even faced situations where HR didn't send an email about rejection. Isn't it necessary to inform the candidate that he she was not selected? I always advise my friends to email HR and express concerns, even consider leaving negative reviews on Glassdoor.
