What if, it is mandatory for the callers who are not in the contact list or a private number to enter the reason for the call while they are calling anyone. The reason can be visible on your screen when they call you, based on that you can decide whether to pick or not. Note: this is a random thought not planning to buold anything.

So let me see If I understand you correctly Iam calling u I should enter the reason since iam not in your contact list ? How would I know iam not in your contact list ? But I like the idea of me receiving a call and stating the subject of the call from an unknown number .
