No actually not it's almost fully solved. So in short, in name of PayTm wallet KYC, paytm ended up opening real bank accounts of their customer. So since this got worse, gov banned or took some action against the Paytm Bank. So all the services rela

Yep I know that but the problem is userbase which is hugely affected and would be tough to retain and regain, also brand trust and integrity is lost and this is what should be resolved and Is tough to do

Let's see what they do. Their front page Newspaper ads seems to be great for this. Though the main issue is still that paytm wallet is being accepted at very less places as everyone have upi so their future is dependent on their SuperApp and Transit Debit card.
