A non conventional idea which works start doing maths if you are familiar with advanced maths do it otherwise just calculate cubes of numbers in your head in free time for example start with 5 and keep going untill you struggle, it will make an appetite for doing some challenging mental activity and in general doing more maths will only do good in all areas of like you will calculate percentage of time wasted on anything in your head and you will start changing

Bro dekho ye bara simple hai daily morning me meditate kro isse tumhara focus badhega isse hoga ye tum apne work pr jada focus kr paoge. You know you have power to control your mind don't think of bad stuffs which are not going to add in your personal development. Switch your thought suddenly whenever you are overthinking . I deleted my account I started another account that has only reels of business people and tech video and i didn't follow anyone in from my old account and I only use it for 30 mins at end of the day Use less phone only use it for if necessary, start doing the things that you always wanted to do take small steps which will help you to conquer your dreams

Man, I’m in the same boat. What helps me is having an accountability buddy. Find someone with similar goals and keep each other in check. It’s easier when you’re not alone in this fight.

Excess information and over thinking mind is dangerous combination. I have a solution for you. Wake up early, eat good food, and excercise. In just one week you will see you are less depressed. And coming to business , ignore result, it's ok if your don't earn, it's ok everyone around you blame you for not doing anything. Just do the thing which you love. Meet new people. Change your friend circle. Trust me this helped me. Alot will help you too

Facing the same issue dude.

This problem is faced by many people like us. We know our dream but the big challenge that we face is execution. The challenging part is, that we can't take action, give excuses and make delay in achieving our dreams.

Socho ki tumhe 5 saal baad kaha hona hai aur tumhare current actions us vision ke saath kaise align hote hain. Work towards it, its a process, i'm from kol, my parents are okayish, and wanted me to do govt jobs, but I'm happy hustling here in blr in startups.
