Don't aim too high when starting out. This is the biggest trap in life: our brain fools us into setting realistic-looking goals (which are actually unrealistic) just so we won't achieve them and will procrastinate instead. So, make really small goals in the beginning, like waking up at 7 o'clock if you are trying to wake up by 5 o'clock and failing continuously..
