Bro dekho ye bara simple hai daily morning me meditate kro isse tumhara focus badhega isse hoga ye tum apne work pr jada focus kr paoge. You know you have power to control your mind don't think of bad stuffs which are not going to add in your personal development. Switch your thought suddenly whenever you are overthinking . Believe me this will really help you. And whenever you are wasting you time just remember this is lowering your chance of getting whereever you want to be.
