“The weight of overthinking” Two years ago, I had an idea—a spark with real potential. But instead of acting, I let what ifs take over: What if I fail? What if it doesn’t work? While I hesitated, someone else acted on a similar idea. Today, they’ve raised $5M in funding. It stung, but it also woke me up. I’ve learned that overthinking steals time and opportunity. It’s not about being first; it’s about doing. So now, I’m building. It’s not easy. Some days are still tough. But I’d rather be in the arena, failing forward, than sitting on the sidelines overthinking. If you’ve been hesitating to start, let this be a sign: It’s never too late to act, but the longer you wait, the harder it gets.
