If you are watching stupid non useful entertaining reels delete Instagram account. I deleted my account I started another account that has only reels of business people and tech video and i didn't follow anyone in from my old account and I only use it for 30 mins at end of the day Use less phone only use it for if necessary, start doing the things that you always wanted to do take small steps which will help you to conquer your dreams

Honestly, I am watching useless videos, that IG algorithm wants me to see. And even if I follow few particular channels and people, the algorithm seems throwing random trending reels and test my patience. Anyways, I am taking your advice of putting a cap of 30 mins. Thank you.
