I'm pitty for the people who couldn't realise the great benefits of Instagram, sad to see youths not utilising free business, educational content been put there in simple words in just 30 seconds. it depends on whom you follow and what content you see, Internet is a greatest platform to Upskill and improve yourself. Instagram and YouTube have been my life changer, got to learn soo many things, ( yes I do understand there are many distractions, but u should know how to overcome it, and not escaping by deleting it)

Yeah I too deleted it in March and August last year and haven't installed sinch then, proud of myself

Instagram is really Toxic! I really didn't find any benefit using it.

An interesting thing to look for would be count of reinstalls

It's been 3 months i am away from it , understood how it used to Bombard different information and emotions continuously which is not at all good for the brain !

I have deleted all the social media apps, i thought i was getting adictted to reels and was a waste of time. So guess what i have started rarely using instagram web as there we can be updated and cant scroll much of reels, it have defenetly helped me and have only medial right now😂

I have deleted today for upcoming exam, but being honest i used to this for some tech related content creater but it was always manipulated me.
