I'm pitty for the people who couldn't realise the great benefits of Instagram, sad to see youths not utilising free business, educational content been put there in simple words in just 30 seconds. it depends on whom you follow and what content you see, Internet is a greatest platform to Upskill and improve yourself. Instagram and YouTube have been my life changer, got to learn soo many things, ( yes I do understand there are many distractions, but u should know how to overcome it, and not escaping by deleting it)

You are right but literally 30sec info can't help so much...and today if we actually look at instagram content, it is only for reel based on how to love , care and a lot more and also it encourages people to upload the same and it is not only stops at uploading but also people try to apply them in their own pratical life which seems to be impossible... And talking about following, yeah , instagram algo changes according to it. Still it is a human behaviour to attract towards other things...

That is only for people who want to lean shortcuts which are not real. If you actually want to learn stuff. You should read blogs and articles from the best newsletter and people out there. 30 sec dopamine can make you feel like you are learning something but trust me it’s just designed for engagement.
