You are right but literally 30sec info can't help so much...and today if we actually look at instagram content, it is only for reel based on how to love , care and a lot more and also it encourages people to upload the same and it is not only stops at uploading but also people try to apply them in their own pratical life which seems to be impossible... And talking about following, yeah , instagram algo changes according to it. Still it is a human behaviour to attract towards other things...

Hmmm, people used to face this problem before, uploading impractical things, but as the no. Of content creators Rose up, the quality of the content increased and started becoming more sensible, take an example of mindset vibration- even though they advertise about their app at the last, they are providing great content to people and also helping them take action, take example of weiss videos, growth lab, visual hustles there are soo many, you can see the other side of the social media only if you wish to see 😊
