A non conventional idea which works start doing maths if you are familiar with advanced maths do it otherwise just calculate cubes of numbers in your head in free time for example start with 5 and keep going untill you struggle, it will make an appetite for doing some challenging mental activity and in general doing more maths will only do good in all areas of like you will calculate percentage of time wasted on anything in your head and you will start changing
