Let's understand it further by example, Maruti's value proposition is their budget friendly cars & good re-sale value. Example, Alto. Second is, "Mileage Kitna Degi?" "Arree maruti he, 25-30 aaram se de degi..." Where as TATA cars, Safety & Security is their value proposition. TATA's cars are known for it's strong car body. So, if customer's priority is budget friendly and re-sale value, they think about Maruti. But, if they concern about safety & security, they first think about TATA's car. So, TATA solves a pain of "Safety & Security" while, Maruti solves a pain of "Pocket". So, "TATA me Safety hai, jo Maruti me nahi he..." #AajKiRaatDhadheKiBaat
