Aaj Ki Raat, Dhandhe Ki Baat Value Proposition (Part-2): In previous post, we understood the ABC of Value Proposition. Now, let's dig little deeper. => The Game Of Gain & Pain. A winning business solves customer problems (pains) and delivers benefits (gains). The Gains & Pains are categorized this way: Required, Expected, Unexpected. Gains, Required: Must-haves customers expect. (Your car MUST move you!) Expected: Nice-to-haves that add value.(Convenience, freedom, and flexibility make a car more than just transportation tool) Unexpected: What about Self-driving/parking? Pains, Required: Costs you can't avoid. (Owning a car means fuel, insurance, & maintenance) Expected: Drawbacks you anticipate. (Car depreciation) Unexpected: Unforeseen issues that you didn't see coming. In a nutshell, Solve pains => deliver value => win customers Please note: Trying to solve every pain or offer every gain can backfire. You might target the wrong audience and confuse them. #AajKiRaatDhandheKiBaat
