*Tata Capital to file draft IPO papers after NCLT nod on merger with Tata Motors Fin* The proposed IPO would comprise 2.3 crore equity shares by way of a fresh issue and an offer of sale (OFS) by certain existing shareholders, according to a disclosure made to stock exchanges Tata capital is already trading at nearly 10X of its book value in unlisted market with a PE of over 110 which is nearly 4X of the industry average. After all these if company is eyeing for a valuation of 11 billion dollars than Tata capital can introduce its IPO price band nearly 400 to 500 or less.
