Confectionery industry- Cadbury They generalise the thing in society which has not done before and penetrate the market very deeply. E.g- they generalized the chocolate eating habit for all age group like it's normal, and Cadbury 5 star- kavi kuch na karke v dekho (do nothing, eat 5 star) Breaking the societal norms and building an emotional bond with customers is the strategy for Cadbury.
