💭 Why VCs Say No: And It’s Not Always About the Idea Startups often think they got rejected because their idea wasn’t good enough. But that’s not always the real reason. VCs may pass because: – They’ve seen a similar idea fail recently – It’s “too early” for their fund’s thesis – They don’t know the space well enough – Someone on their team just didn’t vibe – They’re already overloaded with deals – You reminded them of a past founder they had a bad experience with (yes, really) Sometimes, it’s even more personal than professional. 👉 You might be a great founder. 👉 Your idea might be solid.
