Blaming only the founder seems a bit careless overlooking critical systemic issues or the impact of scaling challenges beyond individual habits. While founder behavior is paramount, a healthy culture also requires continuous structural design, consistent reinforcement through HR processes and empowering leaders at all levels to build a positive env.
