I'd counter you on this one. Culture isn't purely a founder's reflection, it's a complex interplay of early hires, team leaders, market pressures and the evolving collective values that emerge. Blaming only the founder seems a bit careless overlooking critical systemic issues or the impact of scaling challenges beyond individual habits. While founder behavior is paramount, a healthy culture also requires continuous structural design, consistent reinforcement through HR processes and empowering leaders at all levels to build a positive env. Correct me on this if I'm wrong.
