A very thoughtful comment indeed... Culture is, no doubt, a complex ecosystem.. My thought is that the original DNA or the "source code" of culture almost always goes back to the founder's own values and actions. As he is the fundamental architect, you know. Else, all are just mechanics, maintenance guys, be it HR, early employees and all. In fact, the market also plays huge role but if the building is not strong then it can't survive the weather. This building is laid and designed by the founder. And yes are correct, this building needs continued maintenence, active participation from all, not just the founder only.
