Establishing the right culture is essential for attracting the best candidates, retaining them, and fostering their growth. There is a distinct difference between building a company and building an institution. This difference lies in the founderโs DNA. I had and continue to dedicate a significant amount of time onboarding the right partners (not employees), aligning our vision, mentoring them, learning from them, and ensuring they thrive and grow.
