Honestly, it’s both refreshingly honest and borderline exploitative. They’re upfront about the lack of perks and temporary nature, but if this is below market in SF of all places, who are they hoping to attract? Someone who’s desperate or wildly passionate

When you write “Ops Grunt” you might be demeaning the role and the work. So the candidates can’t be passionate, IMO. It can be that they are targeting the desperate ones
