The problem isn't Gen-Z watching influencers - it's that our entire economy now incentivizes performative entrepreneurship over actual value creation. Creating a deck and calling yourself a founder has become rational behavior because the funding ecosystem rewards storytelling over execution. Don't blame young people for responding to the incentives we've created.
