Metrics are crucial; track everything and iterate based on data. 8. Your first sales team sets the tone—hire carefully. 9. Incentives drive performance but can also drive bad behavior. 10. Customer trust is earned slowly and lost quickly; be genuine. Sales is not just "SALES" IT'S MORE than that!
