𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝘂𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 Here’s what really happened: Countries like 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚, 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚, 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦 gave the world: Labour Raw materials Finished products like phones and laptops In return, they got 𝐔𝐒 𝐃𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬—money that 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬. But the real game? It started after that. We built the devices. 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬 like Google, Apple, and Meta used those devices to launch software— Apps, platforms, and tools that can scale to billions of users without 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬. So what’s really happening? 𝐖𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞. 𝐖𝐞 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫. American companies didn’t just make profits. They created a system that 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝. This system is quiet. Invisible. Genius. Now they’re talking about ending global trade? Bringing manufacturing back? 𝐖𝐡𝐲? Because countries like India are starting to understand the game. We’re not just building devices/ Providing labour anymore. We’re building 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐬, 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐨. The old system gave them control. The new one gives us a chance. But only if we learn fast.
