Why are you looking at this as an either/or situation? The best sales orgs use a combination of tools and approaches. Use ZoomInfo/Apollo for initial data, enrich it with additional research, then leverage LinkedIn and email before making calls. There's no shortcut to building a great sales pipeline - it's about consistent execution across multiple channels. Trying to find "hot leads" only is a recipe for missed quotas.
