Hello everyone! My name is Agmit. The product on which I am working on is related Japanese cuisine. Coming to the point,I am building a brand catering the huge potential of Japanese food in India. The total obtainable market is roughly around 100 billion USD in India which is increasing at a substantial 8.1 CAGR.Enjoying Japanese cuisine in India is very expensive and posh which is not at all reachable by the huge number of population we can cater. The actual Japanese foods(other than branding gimmick)that are sold in India are pretty much expensive and often out of stock. So there is definately a consumer class that is deprived. Our company aims in building niche top end Japanese food items that are authentic and accessable to the average consumer. Our SKU will include authentic options like Sake(non alcoholic), Ramen, Japanese cheesecake ,Matcha, truffle chips and 2-minute sushi. Our selling channels will be B2B as well as B2C(Online channels like website and marketplace).
