The sad truth is, in many companies, the long hours arenโ€™t matched with fair pay. Workers in India, as you pointed out, are already putting in significant hours without receiving world-class wages. The disconnect between effort and compensation is a real issue, and demanding more without rewarding it properly? Just plain exploitation.
