I was offered multiple internship roles for my domain in the last couple of weeks. They were asking 40 hours of work per week with open hours on sat/sun too. Moreover, they asked for a POC project which was basically the entire end to end project and the cherry on the cake of 90 days as notice period. Due to stipend expectations/negotiations being very low, I rejected the offers. The question is why are companies demanding so much from interns that too without apt. Compensation ? If you as a founder don't respect your employee, how can you expect the employee to be loyal to your company.
