Men time has changed . When they were at your age there were no other source like internet for their need. Thats why they have to spend lots of time . And in today's world due to Internet time spend has reduced from 100 to 30. Instead of 14 hours 3 hours for elon musk and for employee from 70 hours to at least 18 to 21 hours per week

You can really do a lot of things in 4-8 hours, haan SBI people it’s different. Sometimes efficiency is overlooked dont you think? Elon musk karta hai cos look at his work, it’s mostly either number related to business, either personal finace, company, payments, receivable, shares (which are all necessary for him) other than that its mostly exploratory. Anyone would love that job, but not everyone will sustain, either they’ll destroy themselves with some stupid decisions or the company. So yeah, think about your role, y’all are devs at level 2, 3, trying that as a result burning out. Or news like jumping off the workplace. Smh.

Company ka working atmosphere your colleague your boss your area of interest we like our job or not these are the sum of factors responsible for this

I think when you are working for yourself (startup/self employment), then you should work as much as you need and as much as you can. If it requires more time, then work more. And further if you sleep less you will feel tired, affecting your efficency. Tho Elon musk's time schedule also makes sense. Avg person is awake for atleast 16 hours (8 hour sleep), so so while you are awake, just work and take break to eat in between
