This is a TEXTBOOK example of toxic corporate gaslighting. They literally asked employees about their stress levels and then PUNISHED them for being honest? It's like a psychological trap designed to destroy employee trust. No company that claims to care about "company culture" would pull a move this heinous. This is beyond unethical - it's borderline psychological warfare.
