Top Marketing Metrics You Should Track (Based on marketing goal)! Save this post and follow for more! 1. Sales Online Metrics: Conversion Rate: The percentage of visitors who take the desired action (e.g., purchase). Average Order Value (AOV): How much customers are spending per transaction. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): The cost of acquiring a new customer. Revenue Growth: The rate at which sales are increasing month over month or year over year. Cart Abandonment Rate: Percentage of customers who add items to their cart but do not complete the purchase. Offline Metrics: Sales Volume: Total number of sales made in a given period. In-store Conversion Rate: Foot traffic to sales ratio in physical stores. Coupon Redemptions: The number of coupons or promotions used in-store. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) (still applies offline for costs related to physical advertising, events, etc.). 2. Offline Metrics: Brand Recall Surveys: Asking potential customers if they remember your brand after exposure. Billboard/Print Ad Reach: Estimating the number of people exposed to your brand through outdoor ads.
