How to know if you reached Product-Market Fit? 1. Your customers will pull, you don't push 2. Your users become your sales team, will share, recommend and defend your product 3. Users stay and grow their usage, retention becomes easy 4. If 40%+ users can't use your product, they will feel disappointed 5. Sales cycle gets shorter, pricing power increases, deals close quickly with little effort 6. Users will support features instead of reporting issues. "How can i use this" becomes "what more can I do with this?" 7. Competitors start copying you. More partner opportunities, more people will show interest in you 8. Team stops debating core features, everyone understands the customer, product decisions become clearer So if you are wondering if you have a PMF, then you probably don't Remember: 1. PMF can be achieved in segments 2. It needs to be maintained and can be lost 4. PMF is not binary, it can be partial, it can exist in between 5. Always confirm with multiple signals
