ldea! Everyone wants to startup, most of them do with some kind of service or product. The key skill that not everyone is good at is SALES! You may be a good developer or hire devs, you may have best solution or product but not every founder can be good at sales or hire sales team. Sales is the back bone is any business, remember - good product doesn't always win, average product with good sales and marketing wins. Solution: If we be your virtual sales team, and take responsibility of your sales. You pay us percentage after success, would this be useful to you? Or entrepreneurs you know? Your thoughts ?

The sales is the main driving force in a business. Traditional businessman first learn how to sell via job or family business but the same is not the case for startup. Here there are 2 cases :- 1st , if a startup gets funding - they hire MBA / finane guys which don't have any ground skills and pour all their money on coustomer aquatition with heavy discount , adds with high CAC , and eventually fails to retain them in long run . 2. The case when a founder has saving , and puts all his money on idea with no skill to sell , just like you said Shashank .

Yes Shashank , the idea is fairly good and it can be easily adapted and scalable. Shashnk can you be more specific about what type of sales you want to cater ( if products then which product, if services then which type of services ) . As the sales team need to be properly trained and educated about the product. You need to be specific. I am not being harsh but it's true . Do more research and come up with something good.
