Niket, I thought about this today and you asked about it. One of the most important lessons I learned came from my biggest mistake of equating busyness with productivity. For a long time, I believed that filling every hour with tasks and staying constantly busy meant I was moving forward. I kept myself occupied, but rarely stopped to question if the tasks I was doing actually aligned with my true goals. The turning point came when I realized that, despite all my effort, I wasn’t really getting closer to what I wanted to achieve. I had spent so much time focusing on doing everything, but very little on what truly mattered. This experience taught me that real progress is about focusing on purpose, not just activity.

Its when leaders create a circle of safety environment, where members feel secure, valued, and protected from threats. This trust and collaboration, enabling teams to focus on goals rather than personal survival.

Mistake- making decisions by getting influenced by what people around me say and advise, watching Instagram, seeing everyone’s lives and loading brain by getting influenced by others. Took me sometime to realise, what exactly is my passion. Locked myself in my house, deleted Instagram, asked nobody no single soul for career advice. Found my deep deep passion, worked on it. Building.

Just because they understand them as humans but not as a logging machines.

Don't believe blindfoldedly to anyone not even your close friends and parents. Nobody can understand you better than yourself.

Repeating the same mistake is the biggest mistake 🥲😭

The one mistake that taught me the most was taking my health granted. You never know the value of good health until you go through the worst, or at least the least expected downturn. People always trade their health for building great things, but they don't realise the importance of health required to build it until it's too late for them. "Health is Wealth" is the universal fact that people can't ignore. Entrepreneurship and business guys need good health in order to keep them focused. If you want to design your life, then first you have to design your food habits as well as your lifestyle. Stay safe and healthy guys.

Never expect the things which u give to others will get u back . such as love , care , help etc. Just believe urself and never expect back

just like diwali crackers, if all crackers in a bunch are full with there own masala, all of them burst together perfectly in same way a team that has teammates which are well versed with there own stuff. all pull together perfectly. uneven crackers and uncoordinated teammates don't show there sparks on right time 🎆🎇

Most people are not generous. In truth they'll run you over and use you to get what they need.

Don't be in the delusion that you are smarter than everyone else just became you are better at some things. It is better to realise this before it's too late. The truth is that there are a million people in the enrmtirr world better than you at so many things so don't get arrogant even whe. you achieve something big according to your own standards

The one mistake that taught me most is"Just planning is not enough,you should work on that plan and implement it." I repeated this mistake many times.I use to plan and not working on it . Sometimes, i regret. So, it is very essential to implementing your plans.

Hating Yourself ? Never look down on yourself - If it's not working for you , it's alright. Take a deep breath . Don't compare yourself to other successful people - you never know there circumstances and probability .

after winning a hackathon, I have always thought I was perfect! that tag of perfection was like a comfort zone, missed opportunities and got a job in an undesirable field! whether you learn, do a job or run a business, never attach a tag of perfection or develop ego! TBH that tag of perfection was a biggest mistake of mine which taught me a lot
