Helping them to do their job better. -- Worked on all the levels of the L&D department, starting from TNI/TNA to delivering the training programs to coaching learners to generate ROI to create and do report analysis. -- I led and took complete ownership of Organization Development (OD) projects. -- I worked with senior stakeholders as well as the USA L&D team to contribute to Collabera's Digital Transformation journey by designing, creating, and leading the Digital Transformation projects across all geographies. -- Designed and delivered multiple technical learning sessions across the organization. -- Worked with VPs, Directors, BUs, and other senior stakeholders, as well as technical recruiters/talent acquisition specialists, to help them, achieve their goals. -- Build and execute different strategies to achieve the end goal of any of the training. -- Delivered TTT (Train the Trainer, T3) to multiple team members.

   Roles and Responsibilities: -- Delivered training in Colleges, MSMEs, MNCs, and for Indian Government. — Helped developers to up-skill and get better at their job. -- Delivered Train The Trainer Programs (TTT or T3). -- I was promoted as a Team Lead (Manager) at one of the sister companies of SunSoft (Pragti Softech). -- I was leading a team of passionate software developers. Used to mentor interns as well as new hires. -- I delivered internal as well as external training programs at client locations across the globe. -- Worked closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders of the company to manage all the operations, delivery, training, and software development. I was promoted as Team Lead to lead multiple teams at the sister company of Sunsoft Technologies (Pragati Softech). Roles and Responsibilities: -- Managed and led multiple teams of developers and trainees. -- Communicated company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team. -- Motivated team members and assesses performance. -- Provided help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. -- Used to mentor interns as well as new hires. -- I delivered internal as well as external training programs at client locations across the globe. -- Worked closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders of the company to manage all the operations, tech projects, training, and software development. -- Developed and executed Project-Based Learning wherein we trained and deployed multiple freshers as well as laterals.
